Bill serviced our garage door yesterday morning, and I was so impressed with the time, effort and care that he took to make sure all of our needs were met. Bill was able to diagnose the original problem and fix it within the pre-paid appointment window. He took his time and was careful to make sure the problem was resolved. As Bill was preparing the invoice, I asked him to help me program a remote device that we had not been able to use for years. He willingly helped me program that and went on to show me how to program the garage opener to my van’s remote. In the process of this favor, Bill noticed an unusual “clicking sound” on another garage door. He examined it, figured out the problem, fixed it, and probably saved us a lot of grief and another service call. I have a background in small, family-owned business, and I know how valuable a committed, hard-working, caring employee is to the bottom line. Bill is really good. Because of his service yesterday, we are now loyal customers of your company.
